Chemical, pharmaceutical and fine chemical producers use palladium, platinum, rhodium and ruthenium catalysts for hydrogenation, oxidation and coupling reactions. Spent catalysts, filter cakes and process residues from these plants keep most of their precious metal value.
We also buy platinum-rhodium gauzes from nitric acid plants, including palladium catchment gauzes.
