How We Buy Your Scrap
We start on WhatsApp and finish at your site. Some materials are assessed from photos, others from a sample first.
Process
Four Steps from First Message to Collection
Talk on WhatsApp
Tell us what you have. Send photos, the approximate quantity and the country and city where the material is.
Photos or a sample
We assess from photos. When metal content varies, we may ask for a sample to be sent to us for testing first.
We come to you
Our team travels to your country and site to inspect and weigh the material with you.
Price and collection
We agree the price with you and collect on site. Payment follows the terms agreed in advance.
Option 1
Photos First, Then We Come to You
For most anodes, spark plugs, alloys and converters, photos and a few details are enough for a first assessment. We then agree a visit and our team travels to your site.
- Send photos, quantity and location on WhatsApp
- Receive our first assessment
- Our team inspects and weighs at your site
- Price agreed, material collected
Photos · On-site visitOption 2
Send Us a Sample First
When metal content varies, as with catalysts, concentrates, powders and some coated parts, we may ask you to send a representative sample to us for testing. Once we have the result, we agree the basis of the price and travel to collect.
- We tell you how much sample to send and how
- We test the sample and share the result
- We agree the pricing basis with you
- Our team travels to your site to collect

Questions Sellers Ask
Do you really travel to my country?
Yes. Our usual way of buying is to agree the details on WhatsApp and then visit the site where the material is stored, in South Africa, the Middle East, the United States, Southeast Asia and South Korea. If you are elsewhere, contact us anyway.
Do I need to send a sample?
Not always. Photos and an on-site inspection are enough for many materials. For catalysts, concentrates, powders and coated parts, where metal content varies, we may ask for a sample first, then travel to collect.
How is the price worked out?
It depends on metal content, weight, condition and the metal markets on the day. For coated parts and catalysts the metal content is usually confirmed by analysis. We explain the basis of every price.
Do you buy mixed or unsorted lots?
Yes. Sorted material usually earns more, and we can help you separate a mixed lot during the visit.
My material is not on your list. Should I still contact you?
Yes. If it contains platinum group metals, rhenium, titanium or valuable nickel alloys, we want to see it.
Have Material to Sell?
Message us on WhatsApp with photos. We agree the details with you, and our team travels to your site to inspect and collect.
