Chlor-alkali membrane cells use nickel cathodes, and many of them carry an activated coating that contains ruthenium. Alkaline electrolyzers and battery production also generate nickel mesh and foam scrap. We buy these together with nickel alloy scrap from chemical plants.
Cathodes with an activated coating are valued separately from plain nickel, so please mention the coating if you know it.
